History of Metagran Co. Ltd
The company was established at the beginning of 2003.
Certificate No. 1035007201789 of 13/01/2003.
The company is engaged in the development of environmentally friendly technology for manufacturing new construction materials from magnesium-based alloys using the method of high-speed crystallisation.
Production
- Production of magnesium and rare-earth metals master alloys (magnesium-yttrium, magnesium-neodymium, etc.).
- Production of magnesium ingots with predefined chemical composition, according to world standards.
- Production of magnesium alloys by the method of granular metallurgy.
- Production of extruded semi-finished materials including tubings, bars, strips and profiles, from magnesium alloys using the method of high-speed crystallisation.
- Production of forged parts from high-strength, heat-resistant and corrosion resistant magnesium alloys.
- Production of welded frame constructions from magnesium alloys.

Research
- Developments are under way of new compositions of granular magnesium alloys, unparalleled in their physical-mechanical and technological properties.
- Technological developments are under way for the production of granular magnesium alloy parts, which cannot be produced using serial technology.
- Ongoing research is being carried out in assessing the possibilities of using the new high-speed crystallised construction materials in various other fields.

Staff
