Our manufacturing method of producing hot-pressed tubings in granulated magnesium alloys is the following: the granules are put into the extrusion toolage chamber, one work cycle of which combines the operations of the granules piercing with the main process of extrusion. Due to this the preliminary tubular billets are not required, which results in the direct process of extrusion of semi-finished materials with no butt-end. The output of good material increases from 70% up to 90% while the laboriousness falls.

The new technology implies a few 'know-how' elements as far as the extrusion toolage, temperature-speed and power modes of the process is concerned. Those allow us to produce the tubings of high quality in production quantities.
